Refund policy

At Giftoasis, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our refund and return process simple and transparent.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items (personal care, intimate products, and customized gifts) are non-returnable for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bighunk122@gmail.com with photos of the product.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
