At Giftoasis, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our refund and return process simple and transparent.
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items (personal care, intimate products, and customized gifts) are non-returnable for hygiene or personalization reasons.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bighunk122@gmail.com with photos of the product.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
